Terms and Conditions for Digital Products, Programs, Courses
Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Digital Products, Programs, Courses provided by Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before accepting.
Payment & Fees
If you select an installment payment plan, you agree to pay all fees pursuant to the payment schedule outlined at checkout and selected by yourself. You authorize Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. to charge the payment method used at checkout to complete all payments pursuant to the payment plan you selected at checkout, and Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. does not require separate authorization for each payment. You also acknowledge that the credit card(s) or payment method(s) you use to purchase any payment plan for any individual course or package will be active, valid and have sufficient funds available during the entire term of the payback period.
By signing up for the payment plan, you also agree to pay your balance in full by the date specified on your payment plan until your payment plan is complete, as set forth by way of your acceptance of the purchase terms upon checkout.
If any payments fail, you agree to remedy the situation immediately (ie. update your payment information, provide a new credit card, and/or make all past-due payments within 5 business days) or else you will be subject to $75 late fee for every 7 days your payment is past due. Late payments may also result in termination of the aforementioned product or service and collection of remaining payments at the sole discretion of Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd..
Freedom-Found Co. Pte Ltd. reserves the right to report delinquent payments to credit agencies and collections agencies, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
Credit Card Chargebacks
You shall not threaten or make any chargebacks to Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd.’s account or cancel the credit card that is provided as security without Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd.’s prior written consent. You understand and agree that if you do initiate a chargeback despite this policy and electing to purchase said product or service, we will make every effort to provide documentation to the issuing bank that you did receive delivery of your products including this Chargeback Policy, as well as our Refund Policy.
You shall pay for any fees associated with recouping payment, including but not limited to, collections fees and attorneys’ fees. In the event of a chargeback, Company reserves the right to report the incident to credit reporting agencies as a delinquent account.
Further we reserve the right to issue you an invoice for any and all products that Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. has sold and delivered to you. You hereby agree to pay the full invoice in the event that a chargeback dispute is initiated. Should you ultimately fail to make appropriate payment, we reserve the right to pursue any and all available legal and equitable remedies available by law.
Revocation Of Access
You have the unilateral right to terminate your use and access to any of the aforementioned courses or packages, however your unilateral termination will not excuse you of further payment. If you have violated any of the terms stated herein, Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to revoke access to the courses or packages immediately.
Refund Policy
Due to the educational nature of the Products and Services, there are no refunds. Any refunds are subject to the sole discretion of Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd.
No Guarantee of Success
In purchasing any products, programs or services, or subscribing to any aspect of the Site, Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. does not give any assurance or warranty as to any particular results or success relating to the information contained on the site or in the program Material.
Furthermore, your success depends entirely on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow-through and individual circumstances. Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. does not predict and or guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results differ for each individual. Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. makes no promises or warranties concerning your likelihood of success, performance, future earnings, business profits, marketing performance, customer growth or results of any kind. Any decision taken and its consequences are solely your responsibility.
You understand that with any business endeavor there is an inherent risk, including a loss of capital and loss of customers and therefore you assume all responsibility for any such risk.
Any earnings or income statements or examples shown through Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd.’s website, products, and marketing are only examples of what might be possible now or in the future. Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. cannot assure any specific financial outcome and is not responsible for your earnings, the success or failure of your personal or business decisions, the increase or decrease of your finances or income level, or any other result of any kind that you may have as a result of information presented to you through our website.
Course/Program Information
All information relating to courses or programs made available by Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. is set out on the Site, shared in direct messages or conversations, or other program materials. You acknowledge and agree that such information is subject to change by Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. without notice, including price, deliverables and the offer itself. Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. does not guarantee results from any course or program available on this site. All course/program outcomes are determined by the participant and their actions.
Intellectual Property
Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. Consulting takes pride in its proprietary information included in each Program. As such, you agree and acknowledge all Confidential Information shared through this Program and by the Owner is confidential, proprietary, and belongs exclusively to Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd..
Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to:
- Any systems, sequences, resources, templates, workbooks, trainings, frameworks, processes or steps shared with Client;
- Any information disclosed in association with this Agreement;
- Any trade secrets in connection with the Program or Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. business practices.
By purchasing you agree not to disclose any of Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. Consulting and/or Coach’s Confidential Information.
The website, content and products contain intellectual property owned by Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. and by third-parties that license some intellectual property to us. This Agreement is intellectual property owned by Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. Consulting. Other examples of intellectual property found on our website and within our products and Services include, but are not limited to: trademarks, service marks, layout, logos, business name, design, text, written copy, certain images, podcast recordings, videos, audio files, and all of our paid products (collectively referred to as “Intellectual Property”). Client shall not copy, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, create derivative works from, reproduce, or in any way exploit any of the Intellectual Property owned by Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. Consulting and the third-parties described within this Section in either whole or part without prior written consent.
Limited License
By purchasing a course, program, or service, Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. may grant a limited license to use certain Intellectual Property. By purchasing you acknowledge that any and all products or services provided as part of the Program are for your own personal and/or internal business use. You strictly shall not copy, reproduce, transmit, modify, edit, create derivative works from, alter, sell, or share with others any products or parts of the Program without prior written consent or unless provided otherwise. Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Program for Client’s personal and/or internal business use as outlined in these terms.
You hold a limited license during the Term of this Agreement to use Coach’s proprietary program. If you are also a Business Owner, Contractor, or Freelancer, you must not misappropriate any of Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd., it’s subsidiary or parent companies’ intellectual property and proprietary information in the following manner:
- Teaching Client’s personal clients any of the information, methods, solutions, or formulae owned by Coach and passing it off as her own;
- Copying any of Coach’s course material for Client’s personal use;
- Copying, publishing, transmitting, transferring, selling, creating derivative works from, reproducing, or in any way exploiting any of the Intellectual Property owned by Coach in either whole or part without prior written consent.
Disclaimer and Coaching Definition
Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. or subsidiary or parent company Coaches, Affiliates, or Owners (hereby referred to as “Coach”) are not a psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, counselor, business manager or consultant, or other agent of your business. You understand that coaching involves working within the Educational Course or Program to help you think through and analyze decisions and assist with finding your own direction. The Coach may offer her opinion regarding decisions, but it is your sole responsibility to make the final decision and choose the best option for yourself.
Although the Coach may offer you tools to help improve aspects of your life, the coaching services within the Programs are specific and limited in nature. Coach offers the following types of coaching services to clients (herein collectively referred to as “Coaching Services” in the Programs): “Mindset Coaching” is offered to assist Clients to work through limiting beliefs and overcome mindset obstacles and to build confidence in an effort to reach Client’s goals.
Coaching Services do not include: 1) therapy or counseling sessions in the form of psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, or behavioral therapy; 2) business, consulting, publicity, public relations and/or social media marketing services; 3) legal or financial advice; or 4) introductions to Coach’s professional network and business relationships.
By visiting this site and/or joining a course or coaching Program from Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd., you hereby acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the amount and type of improvement that you generate by implementing techniques and advice provided by Coach. You also acknowledge that Coach cannot and does not guarantee that implementation of the Coaching Services and Program will provide you with an ideal resolution or perfect outcomes. You also agree that you are solely responsible for any decisions you make, and indemnify Coach from any liability regarding said decisions. Specifically, you agrees that you are solely responsible for any decision to leave or make changes to your relationship, job, living environment, marriage, or any other personal decision and indemnify Coach from any liability regarding any such decisions.
Although Coach is also a copywriting specialist, coaching program or course enrollment is not an agreement for copywriting services. In order to engage Owner for copywriting services, you must enter into a separate agreement with Owner for such services.
Registration
To access certain features of the Site, Course, or Programs, we may ask you to provide certain demographic information including your gender, year of birth, postal/zip code and country. In addition, if you elect to sign-up for a particular feature of the Site you may also be asked to register with us on the form provided and such registration may require you to provide personally identifiable information such as your name and email address. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site’s registration form. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof). Our use of any personally identifiable information you provide to us as part of the registration process is governed by the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Testimonials
Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. presents testimonials and photos from past clients and customers as examples of potential success only. They are not intended to represent or guarantee that current or future clients will achieve the same or similar results; rather, these testimonials represent what is possible for illustrative purposes only.
From time to time, Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. Consulting may use general statements about your success from purchased Courses, Programs and Offers with us as social proof and part of its marketing strategy. By signing this Agreement, you agree to the sharing of your program-related success stories on social media and our website that you share directly with us (this could be in an email, message, or video testimonial). Both parties will keep Confidential Information in the strictest confidence and shall implement the best effort to protect Confidential Information to protect it from disclosure, misuses, misappropriation, loss, and theft. Owner will not disclose any of your personal information to third-parties without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and their respective successors and assigns be liable for damages of any kind, including, without limitation, any direct, special, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation, any loss or damages in the nature of, or relating to, lost business, medical injury, personal injury, wrongful death, improper diagnosis, inaccurate information, improper treatment or any other loss incurred in connection with your use, misuse or reliance upon the Site or the Material, regardless of the cause and whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise. The foregoing limitation shall apply even if Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. its subsidiary or parent companies knew or ought to have known of the possibility of such damages.
Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. also expressly disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third-party user of the Site or Material, or any advertiser or sponsor of the Site. Under no circumstances shall Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, associates, agents, licensors and their respective successors and assigns, be liable for any injury, loss, damage (including direct, special, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages), or expense arising in any manner whatsoever from (i) the acts, omissions or conduct of any third-party; and (ii) any access, use, reliance upon or inability to use any materials, content, goods or services located at, or made available at, any website linked to or from the Material, regardless of the cause and whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise. The foregoing limitation shall apply even if the Owner knew or ought to have known of the possibility of such damages.
You specifically acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user. If you are dissatisfied with the site, any materials, products, or services within the Owner’s offers, or with any of the site’s terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the site and the products, services and/or materials
Owner is not an investment advisory service, is not an investment adviser, and does not provide personalized financial advice or act as a financial advisor.
We exist for educational purposes only, and the materials and information contained herein and in our products and services are for general informational purposes only. None of the information provided by us is intended as investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, as an offer or solicitation of an offer to buy or sell, or as an endorsement, recommendation or sponsorship of any company, security, or fund. Our information should not be relied upon for purposes of transacting in securities or other investments.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors, as applicable, harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages or costs, including legal fees and expenses on a solicitor client basis, incurred in connection with or arising from any third party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands asserted against any of them as a result of or relating to your use of the Site and Material or your breach of any obligation, warranty, representation or covenant set forth in these Terms of Use, to the full extent permitted by applicable law.
Security/Confidentiality
You acknowledge that any information sent or received over the Internet is generally not secure. You acknowledge and agree that Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of any communication with you in regards to the Material.
Termination
Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. may cancel or terminate your right to use the Site, Services, or Offers or any part thereof at any time without notice due to behavior unbecoming. In the event of cancellation or termination, you are no longer authorized to access the part of the Offers or Site affected by such cancellation or termination. The restrictions imposed on you with respect to the Material downloaded from the Site, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms of Use, shall survive.
Interactive Features
The Site may include a variety of features, such as chat rooms, bulletin boards, web logs, social media services and email services, which allow feedback to us, real-time interaction between users, and other features which allow users to communicate with others. Responsibility for what is posted on bulletin boards, web logs, chat rooms, and other public posting areas on the Site, or sent via any email services, or connected to Material from the Site, lies solely with each user and Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. accepts no responsibility for the same. Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. does not control the messages, information or files that you or others may provide through the Site and accepts no liability for the same.
Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. may host message boards, chats and other public forums on or made available through the Site. Any user failing to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement may be expelled from and refused continued access to, the message boards, chats or other public forums in the future. Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. or its designated agents may remove or alter any user-created content at any time for any reason. Message boards, chats and other public forums are intended to serve as discussion centers for users and subscribers. Under no circumstances will Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through these forums. The opinions expressed in these forums are solely the opinions of the participants, and do not reflect the opinions of Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. has no obligation whatsoever to monitor any of the content or postings on the message boards, chat rooms or other public forums on or made available through the Site. However, you acknowledge and agree that Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. has the absolute right to monitor the same at our sole discretion. In addition, Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to alter, edit, refuse to post or remove any postings or content, in whole or in part, for any reason and to disclose such materials and the circumstances surrounding their transmission to any third-party in order to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request and to protect ourselves, our clients, sponsors, users and visitors.
No Endorsements
Unless specifically stated, Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. does not recommend nor endorse any specific products, procedures, opinions, or other information that appears or may be advertised on the Site, within Programs, or Courses – including referencing other marketing and businesses as educational examples within Materials. Reliance upon the information provided is solely at your own risk.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information submitted in connection with your participation in the program will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
You agree and hereby submit to the exclusive and preferential jurisdiction of the courts of the country of Singapore with respect to all matters relating to your access and use of the Offers as well as any dispute that may arise therefrom and that the applicable law shall be the law of the country of Singapore.
Waiver
Any consent by Freedom-Found Co. Pte. Ltd. to, or waiver of, a breach of this Agreement, which you have committed, whether express or implied, shall not constitute a consent to, or waiver of any other, different or subsequent breach.
Severability
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement or any covenant contained herein shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision or covenant contained herein and any such invalid provision or covenant shall be deemed severable from the rest of this Agreement.
